Jim Hurst – Group Chairman and Chief Knowledge Officer

Jim is an experienced and internationally recognized ‘change manager’ and strategic planner, particularly in the area of distributed electronic information and hard copy output. He is the architect of ALL associates’ sophisticated Expert System EDAM® , which provides a predictive Enterprise-wide view of a company’s ‘document system’, both now and in the future.

Working with major clients in Europe, North America and Japan, Jim has provided an international strategic framework for identifying ‘value add’ and differentiation in the business marketplace.  This includes evaluations of the changing business and technological environments, design and implementation of assessment methodologies and cost modeling techniques, and helping to forge new strategic business alliances.

Jim’s extensive experience includes 17 years working for IBM and 3 years with Lexmark International. As the founder of our UK parent company, ALL associates Limited, he has undertaken significant printing and document management review projects with international companies, such as NatWest Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers and GlaxoWellcome.

Eddie Riddell – President

Eddie has over 18 years of extensive experience in Document Management and its impact on business process.  Eddie brings pre-eminent experience in hardware, integration, software and strategic business partnerships connected to the document and information flow space. He has worked with companies like IBM, Lexmark, FormScape, and his skills are complemented with an MBA from Warwick Business School and Executive Business Strategy Diploma from Harvard Business School.

Jon Arvik – Senior Associate

Jon has 16 years of experience within the Document Output Management industry and is now a senior consultant with ALL associates Group working at senior decision level in major enterprise companies. Jon offers a skill set and expertise that encompasses both legacy and client server application and systems environments. In addition, Jon has extensive systems integration experience and skills in business process enhancement analysis that has consistently delivered real business value and costs savings.

Mike Cohen – Consulting Operations Director

After graduating in1969, Mike qualified as an accountant and completed a 2 year post-graduate Diploma in Management Studies. In 1982 he launched his own Software Development Company, by which time he already had over 13 years experience in management consultancy at senior level. Mike has worked with companies such as IBM, Fiat and the National Freight Corporation in Europe and the United States. Having run his company successfully as Chairman and CEO until 1990, Mike made the decision to take up a career in law a long-standing ambition. In 1992 he was called to the English Bar and now has over 10 years experience practicing as a barrister.

Steve Richards  – Senior Associate

Steve brings over 15 years of experience in complex analysis and delivery of information, printing and document management solutions. His broad range of consulting, software development, hardware/software integration, information, and media services experience extends over a  diversity of industries including manufacturing , distribution, healthcare, retail, automotive, banking/finance,  local municipal and state government, construction, law enforcement, education, mining and equine.

In 1997, Steve joined a Fortune 500 document imaging and solutions company and was part of a small team of individuals who were instrumental in developing a collaborative, customer centric sales methodology, focusing on workflow analysis as a means for understanding customer need, leading to the delivery of end-to-end business solutions. This work grew into a strategic initiative that has changed the way the company interacts with customers and views its role in the marketplace. Steve is now a senior analyst with ALL associates Group.
